⏱ Production Time

Production time depends on the design complexity:

• Rugs with initials (simpler design):
3–5 working days after final design approval.

• More detailed designs:
Up to 5–10 working days depending on complexity.

🚚 Delivery Time

• Within Europe: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
• International (UK, USA & other countries): usually 5–10 working days, depending on customs processing.

📦 Tracking number is provided after shipment.
🛃 Customers outside the EU may be responsible for local customs duties or import taxes.

🔁 RETURNS & CRAFT GUARANTEE

Each rug is individually handmade to order and personalized according to your specifications.

As this is a custom-made and personalized product, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which excludes the right of withdrawal for goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.

Transport damage (48 hours)

Please inspect your rug within 48 hours of delivery.

If transport damage is detected, please contact us and provide clear photos of:

• the rug
• the packaging
• the shipping label

Manufacturing or material defects (30 days)

If your rug has a verifiable manufacturing or material defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

After careful review, we will offer one of the following solutions, depending on the situation:

• replacement
• repair
• partial refund
• full refund (if necessary)

In the case of a confirmed defect, we will organize return shipping at our expense.

Quality guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and the natural materials used.

All rugs are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee under EU law, covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use.
