Why don’t you carve very fine details or thin lines into the rug?

We work exclusively with 100% natural wool, which behaves very differently from synthetic yarns.

Wool is a living, elastic fiber. After tufting, it naturally opens and softens, creating a warm, tactile surface. This is what gives wool rugs their longevity, comfort, and natural appearance — but it also means that extremely fine carved lines, tiny lettering, or signature-style details would not remain sharp over time.

Synthetic fibers (such as acrylic or polyester) are much more rigid and “plastic-like”. They allow very tight carving and micro-details because the material does not move or relax. With wool, forcing this effect would damage the structure, reduce durability, and cause the design to lose clarity as the rug is used.

Instead of cutting details into the surface, we build the design through density, proportion, and carefully shaped forms. This ensures that the motif remains readable, stable, and beautiful for many years — not just when it is new.

This is a deliberate craftsmanship choice, not digest a limitation, and it reflects our focus on natural materials and long-lasting quality.

What happens if I don't confirm the design preview?

We will gently remind you to review your design preview.
If we don’t hear back within 48 hours, production may begin based on the latest version shared, so we can keep your rug on schedule.

If you need more time, simply let us know — we’re happy to wait.

Why does the production take so long?

Each rug is individually handcrafted to order .
Our production capacity is deliberately limited to ensure high quality. Production is based on availability.

What materials are the carpets made of?

Our carpets are made from 100% natural sheep's wool .
The wool is soft, durable, and suitable for children.

Are the carpets safe for children?

Yes. Our carpets are handmade , free from industrial mass production, and manufactured with a special focus on comfort and safety for children .

Can I customize colors or details?

Yes, minor adjustments such as color tones or details are often possible.

Do you have your own idea or design?

We also manufacture custom carpets according to your sketches, ideas or references .
